Steve Staley is an American voice actor. He is best known voicing as Tōshirō Hitsugaya from Bleach, Neji Hyūga from Naruto series and Ryo Akiyama Justimon (Shared with Lex Lang) from Digimon Tamers.
He provides the voice of Koji Minamoto.
